On Listening to Life
In what ways could our lives be changed if we made a commitment to explore how our own experiences can be a source of deep wisdom when navigating life’s big questions or decisions? In this service, we will consider how paying close attention to the patterns, challenges, and joys of our lives can guide us toward clarity and discernment. Together, we'll seek to cultivate the practice of listening to our lives as a sacred source of insight and direction.

Experience a Sound Bath
What is a sound bath? A sound bath is a total body experience that allows the listener to relax into a meditative state where they are “bathed” in sound waves. In response to the ambient and acoustic sounds, participants may feel a range of physical, emotional, and mental sensations. The leader creates the sounds using a variety of healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, and tuning forks. You will not want to miss this!
All Singing, All Dancing
Let's break out our blue suede shoes and boogie our summertime blues away at this service! We'll sing, we'll dance, we'll laugh, and we'll make music together the old fashioned way. We'll learn traditional African dance steps, how to dance a Sarabande (helpful if you're ever teleported to 17th-century Spain), and more.
